Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Luxury Love Bouquets. All our bouquets and floral arrangements are handcrafted using premium flowers, with each piece designed uniquely for every order. Due to the perishable nature and personalized aspects of our products, our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair.
1. Perishable & Custom-Made Products – Not Eligible for Return
Most of our items are:
- Perishable (fresh flowers)
- Custom-made according to customer preferences
Under UK law, perishable goods and made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that slight variations may occur due to:
- daily flower availability
- seasonal changes
- natural differences in flowers
2. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products
If your arrangement arrives damaged or below the expected quality, we accept complaints under the following conditions:
The customer must send:
- clear photos from at least 3 angles
- within 2 hours of delivery
- to: nicoletaelena494@gmail.com
If the claim is approved, we offer:
- a free replacement bouquet, or
- a voucher equal to the order value, redeemable on a future purchase
Cash refunds are not provided for custom floral arrangements.
3. Order Cancellations
Standard Orders
Customers may cancel within the first 30 minutes after placing the order.
Personalised Orders & Same-Day Delivery
These orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started, as flowers are purchased and arranged immediately.
4. Same-Day Delivery Orders
For same-day delivery orders, cancellations are not possible once the order has been confirmed.
No refunds are provided if:
- the address provided is incorrect
- the recipient is unavailable
- access to the property is not possible
In these cases, we offer a rescheduled delivery (additional fees may apply).
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons outside our control:
- no refund will be issued for perishable items
- delivery can be rescheduled for an additional fee
6. Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the bouquet, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We will review your concerns and offer a fair and professional solution.
